Hot Water Extraction Carpet Cleaning “Steam Cleaning”

Utilizing our state-of-the-art, truck-mounted, self-contained equipment, this “steam cleaning” method leaves carpets clean and healthy. After preconditioning carpet to suspend ground-in soils, hot water is forced through jets on our cleaning wand under high pressure into the carpet pile and then immediately removed along with loose and emulsified soil through a high suction vacuum. Our advanced equipment reduces drying time, making carpets fresh and ready for use in only hours.

Dry Cleaning of Fine Fabrics & Upholstery

Some fabrics and upholstery react adversely to water (browning, shrinking etc.) and requires use of a solvent to clean rather than water. Our safe, odor free dry-foam solution is applied thoroughly by hand, releasing soil, oil, hair etc. and is then removed using a high suction vacuum. Ask about our free upholstery-cleaning demo! Spot Removal

The science of spot removal begins with determining the nature of the spot, for example, the spot might have been caused by coffee, mustard, gum, rust, ink, paint, urine, blood etc. Once the nature of the spot is identified, we use our experience and expertise to effectively treat these spots using the appropriate methods. It is important to treat spots as soon as they occur because once a spot has permanently stained the carpet fibers, regular cleaning methods cannot remove it. In these circumstances, dying options are available.

Odor Removal

Microorganisms such as bacteria, mold and mildew living in the rug cause most odors. Simply deodorizing the odor will not eliminate the source of the problem. These odor-causing organisms must be eliminated, which is why we use products that destroy these organisms. It is most important to eliminate the most common cause of odor, cat urine, as soon as the problem is detected. Cat urine is released at body temperature and readily penetrates the carpet fiber. Over time, gravity pulls the contamination down creating a more complex problem. Often when a small problem is observed on the surface, closer investigation reveals a much larger problem beneath the surface. We use the appropriate solvents to break down the alkaline salts, then we clean the carpet extracting as much urine as possible pulling it up from the bottom, finally we treat the effected area with enzymatic digesters to eliminate the odor. It is important to note during the cleaning process the initial odor may be elevated until effected area completely dries.

Oriental Rugs Cleaned In-Plant

We clean all types of rugs, hand-woven and machine-woven, in our state-of-the-art plant. We begin by removing dry soil and dust from the rug using our air-dusting equipment. This is an important step as the average rug can hold up to one pound of soil per square yard of carpet. We then wash the rug to remove soluble soils and rinse the rug to remove all remaining soils and residue from the fibers. Finally, the rug is dried and the fringe will be cleaned using a specially designed fringe-detailing tool. Once completed, the rug is ready to be delivered to your home fresh, clean and with vibrant colors. Some area rugs require special care and cannot be cleaned using regular wet cleaning methods. In our facility we have advanced dry cleaning and dry foam cleaning processes.
